Suspicion of sabotage in Germany

Sabotage caused damage today to a station that delivers electricity in eastern Germany.
The station is located near a large power plant.
Due to the damage, the power supply was briefly interrupted.
It later resumed operation.
The police found at least one incendiary device at the scene that did not explode.

In Germany, there were also reports of 'improvised rockets' and an explosion, but the police have not yet confirmed all the details. It is unclear who is responsible for the sabotage. Russia is one of the suspects, but there is still no evidence of this.
