Ra'am is an Arab party representing the Islamic Movement.

Now, for the first time, a Jew will run for the Knesset on Ra'am's list.

This is Yoav Segalovitz, who was a senior police officer and a Knesset member from the 'Yesh Atid' party. He will be second on the list, after Mansour Abbas, the party leader.

Jews and Arabs have already worked together in politics. But this time, someone who defines himself as Jewish and Zionist is joining the list of an Islamic party. Segalovitz and Abbas say they don't have to agree on everything to work together. They want to fight crime and violence in Arab society.
